Armando Gonsalves is well known in the field of art, culture, music, heritage and food, and one finds in his optimistic and non-conformist wisdom, a passionate drive appealing to many far and wide
His association with charity work started many years ago when he raised money for Tsunami victims via his well known Jazz events. He has worked towards uplifting slum kids via various art and music workshops, raising funds for the National Association for the Blind as well as taking music and heart to old aged homes across Goa. He is the mastermind in devising the strategy of making the squalid Campal Creek the cynosure of all eyes. His love for heritage made him join hands with well known artist Shirish Desai, and they together worked on the Restoration of the Mermaid at the Mermaid Garden in Panjim. Being a person with a strategic bent of mind, he created the Taste of Goa festival since he believed that food should be one of the foundations of the thrust for high class Tourism instead of the state’s dependence on casinos and such activities which only bring a bad name to this beautiful land. His penchant for doing things for the underprivileged as well as putting his heart into trying to take Goa up the path of good, has made him devote a lot of his time to his own charity organization – Goa ForGiving through which we do many things that make Goa proud.
Much is said in the press of this man who reaches out to society in his own special way by instilling a sense of unity, respect and goodwill through celebration. His journey of life is seen as a path that takes him from real estate investing, hospitality and food to media production and to conservation of heritage homes to the promotion of Jazz culture. His brilliance as a concept man has made him do myriad path breaking things that include the saving of the Carnival Celebrations that was stopped in the early 1980’s due to the intervention of the Catholic Church, and this he did through his trade mark “Junk Car Rally” which brought thousands of people to the streets after years of a hiatus in these celebrations. The Revival of Jazz in Goa via his well-known Heritage Jazz brand, the creation of the Taste of Goa, the drive to uplift the traditional “Poder” via his #ProudToBePoder initiative and various other eye-catching initiatives makes him a Goan who is keen to keep the idea of Goanness alive. He took this to another level via the production of the stunning Konkani single “Goenkarponn” which is informally known as the anthem of Goa.
Whether it is working with marketing or design or negotiations or just anything else, it is the concept behind anything that excites him. On the forefront is his dedication of his home, the well-known Gonsalves Mansion to students from across Goa who drop by to use the grand space to learn photography, theatre, journalism, music, advertising and a lot more Today, he looks after musicians and students, artists and children, thus creating a fusion of hearts and communities. Reaching out through his journalism, he is in constant pursuit of bringing like-minded people together.
Today, Armando has his mind and his home open to motivation from any soul who walks in with an idea. And his latest foray is into the hospitality space via the exciting company Stelliam Homes and Hospitality Pvt Ltd (Stelliam is a combination of the names of his two youngest kids, Stellan and Liam). His current life is encircled by his wife Shaeen who is his primary pillar of support, and his two young sons Liam who is 6 and Stellan who is 5, and of course, his elder kids Zenisha and Nihal, both accomplished in their own fields of journalism and software development
Shaeen Gomes, the diminutive but strong willed 34year old girl has been a huge revelation with her no-nonsense style coupled with hard work that uplifts people around her.
With no experience at all in the hospitality industry, Shaeen has managed to create a niche for herself in this trade. Her superhost status and hundreds of reviews backed by 5 stars on Airbnb speak for itself.
She has also been in the forefront of various community-based projects that are undertaken by Goa ForGiving, the well-known Trust that she heads as Chairperson.
She has organized various workshops for slum kids. Shaeen is a girl who has great taste for the subtler things in life including music which she is so good at. She is an accomplished violinist besides being a stunning photographer.
Shaeen’s main thrust is to power the concept of “Girl Power” wherein she is keen to inspire young girls to achieve great success at a very young age.
Coming from a baker’s family, Shaeen has changed the way the occupation is perceived in today’s so called ‘Modern Goa’ and she has taken up various initiatives to restore pride back into this mother culture, like the ‘Proud to be Poder’ concept. She is proud of her roots and sees a lot of scope for the younger generations in the traditional occupations of Goa.
Shaeen is hugely inspired by her mentor and soul mate Armando, and both of them have created huge energy in all things that are exciting, positive and good.

Adarsh Toraskar is an Electronic Engineer by profession. He has the experience of working with multinational companies in various fields of expertise. He leads the team with integrity, making ethical decisions that align with the company’s values.
Adarsh is also passionate about social and community work, and believes in always lending a helping hand to those in need. He is an active social worker having made a difference in a lot of people’s lives!
Saurabh has financial experience of more than 3 years in Accounting and Corporate Affairs. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Goa Business School. He has a numerical aptitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
He also has his interest in sports and gaming, and has played cricket and table tennis at taluka and district level.

From supporting the elderly and inspiring children in slums to advocating for the Revival and Rehabilitation of the Campal Creek, we are committed to making a positive impact.
