Property layout
Bedrooms: 4 (all bedrooms on first floor)
- All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
- three bedrooms feature double beds one is a single bed cum work space.
- Extra mattresses can be provided upon request.
Living Room:
- The spacious living room accommodates seating for 8 people.
- there is a dining table in the living room (or Villa) which can seat 6-8 people.
- The living room has air conditioning, and a television.
Bathrooms:
- The villa offers 3 bathrooms in total, with 2 attached bathrooms corresponding to each bedroom, 1 bathroom is common for two bedrooms and 1 powder room.
- Basic toiletries are included.
- Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to provide hot water.
Kitchen & Meals:
- We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our cooks. Rates can be discussed.
- No events are allowed in the Villa.
- The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier.
- Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use.
Outdoor Area:
- The villa features an outdoor seating area in the balconies and backyard.
Additional amenities:
- In the event of a power failure, an inverter is available to provide backup power. No heating or cooling equipment will operate.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided. It may be intermittent at times.
- Mosquito repellent can be provided upon request.
Other important information:
- The property is immersed in a natural setting, so leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals.
- For mosquitoes, repellents are at your disposal. We recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to keep them out of the house.
- Two dedicated car parking spaces are available outside the villa.

Inclusions
- Air conditioned apartment, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water.
- There is hot water in the washroom 24*7.
- The pool will be open from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m. as per society rules.
- The kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience. Any eatables, spices, oil etc required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves.

House Rules
- TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire villa space only. The standard occupancy for our villa accommodations is determined to be 7 individuals. Individuals above 5 years of age will be considered as an additional person under this policy. A charge of INR 1000 will be levied per additional person per day above the standard occupancy limit.
- SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation.
- India is a power shortage country, so we request you to please shut off all the electrical appliances, lights, fans, Acs, geysers etc while you leave the apartment. Let us save and conserve energy together.
- Please respect the interiors of the apartment as they include some priceless items, including the furniture. Treat our home as you would treat yours.
- Smoking is allowed only in the balcony, and strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- If you have kids with you, please refrain from letting them use magnetic items/toys close to the TV, as that would damage the television.
- In case of breakdown of any electrical appliances like Air Conditioners, fridge, geyser etc. Minimum of a 24hr period will be required to get it repaired.
- Respect our quiet community and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially at night.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Though our place is very safe, we will not be responsible for any missing items.
- Our staff is available at the site anytime from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- If you need our staff to get you anything from outside may it be medicines, groceries etc. they should be informed between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We also have instamart (on swiggy) operational in our area. You can order anything from the app at any time.
- LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every fourth day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine in the apartment. The bed linen and towels can be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels).
Check in Check out
- CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email or message if the caretaker is not around). Balance payments must be deposited at the time of check in.
- Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 1Pm and Check out time is 11am. Early check in may be possible subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we somehow manage to give you early check in or late check out by a margin of 2 hours, you will have to pay a tip of Rs. 2,000/- directly to our staff, since they have to put extraordinary effort in a very short span of time to turn the apartment around.
- Also, if check in is between 11p.m. and 6.30 a.m. a tip of Rs. 1000/- will have to be paid directly to our staff who will usher you in. Our staff work very hard, and this is just a way to keep them motivated to serve you at their best.
- DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11am. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour, or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension.
Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is Moderate. Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
Pet Policy
As much as we would love to host your pet, we’re sorry, we have a strict no-pet policy at our property. However, if your pet is well trained, and doesn’t shed fur, we can make it an except for you. Please talk to us before you book.
