House Rules

  • TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 2bhk space only. The standard occupancy for our 2BHK accommodations is determined to be 4 individuals. Individuals above 5 years of age will be considered as an additional person under this policy. A charge of INR 1000 will be levied per additional person per day above the standard occupancy limit.
  • SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation.
  • India is a power shortage country, so we request you to please shut off all the electrical appliances, lights, fans, Acs, geysers etc while you leave the apartment. Let us save and conserve energy together.
  • Please respect the interiors of the apartment as they include some priceless items, including the furniture. Treat our home as you would treat yours.
  • Smoking is allowed only in the balcony, and strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
  • If you have kids with you, please refrain from letting them use magnetic items/toys close to the TV, as that would damage the television.
  • In case of breakdown of any electrical appliances like Air Conditioners, fridge, geyser etc. Minimum of a 24hr period will be required to get it repaired.
  • Respect our quiet community and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially at night.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings. Though our place is very safe, we will not be responsible for any missing items.
  • Our staff is available at the site anytime from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • If you need our staff to get you anything from outside may it be medicines, groceries etc. they should be informed between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We also have instamart (on swiggy) operational in our area. You can order anything from the app at any time.
  • LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every fourth day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine in the apartment. The bed linen and towels can be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels).

Cancellation Policy

Moderate

Our cancellation policy is Moderate. Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.

Pet Policy 

As much as we would love to host your pet, we’re sorry, we have a strict no-pet policy at our property. However, if your pet is well trained, and doesn’t shed fur, we can make it an except for you. Please talk to us before you book.
